Bayada Hospice provides ongoing support for families and friends of those who received hospice care through their program. Their services include memorial gatherings, remembrance events, and short-term counseling. They also offer educational outreach and occasional support groups.

The Compassionate Friends – Upper Valley Chapter
The Compassionate Friends supports families who are grieving the death of a child at any age. They offer heartfelt peer-based comfort, understanding, and hope. Meetings are held on the

Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire (VNH)
Alongside the support offered to hospice families, VNH provides grief counseling and both short-term and ongoing support groups. A weekly grief group open to the community meets
every Thursday at 4:30 pm at the
First Congregational Church in Springfield, Vermont.
