IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Erin Maria
Willing Bianchi
April 22, 1983 – March 27, 2021
Randolph, VT - Erin Maria Willing Bianchi, 37, died Saturday March 27, 2021 at the UVM Medical Center in Burlington following three-week battle in the ICU.
She was born April 22, 1983, in Hanover, NH, a daughter of Robert Josef Willing and Mary Lou (Adams) Jillings. She was raised in West Fairlee where she attended elementary school, graduating from Thetford Academy in 2001. She moved to New Orleans where she attended Blue Cliff College, earning her certification in massage therapy. She came home to Vermont for extended stays following the devastation of Hurricane Katrina and again when her father's cancer became terminal.
She was married to Jared Bianchi on August 1, 2009, in Corinth, VT and they made their home in Rochester, VT. In 2016 the pride and joy of her life, Preston Robert, was born. Unfortunately, the couple later divorced, and Erin has lived in South Royalton and Randolph since where she has independently practiced massage therapy.
Erin would want you to remember her as a free spirit and look for her in the clouds, as a shooting star or as a darting dragonfly and remember her when you hear the sound of flowing water.
She was predeceased by her father in 2007 and leaves her son, Preston and mother, Mary Lou Jillings of Hamilton, New Zealand as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and lots of lovely friends.
A visitation will be held Saturday April 3, 2021, from 2-4 pm at Knight Funeral Home in White River Jct. To abide by capacity limits, guests should wait in their vehicles and funeral home staff will escort you in as space allows, in the order that you arrive.
Contributions in her memory may be made to the Little Red Barn Sanctuary in Tunbridge, VT or a charity of your choice.
