WINDSOR, VT
Yaunita L. Burnham, 63, a longtime resident of Windsor, passed away Wednesday afternoon, June 25 at her home in Windsor.
She was born August 28, 1950 in Randolph, VT the daughter of Orlo P. and Effie (Spencer) Kribstock. She received her schooling in Hartford, VT and graduated from Hartford High School. She married her companion of thirty seven years, Ralph A. Burnham on August 20, 2011. Yaunita did private homecare for several years in Windsor. She was currently employed at the Windsor Price Chopper as a store clerk for the past twenty two years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandson, Hunter, who resided with her. She was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and enjoyed country music.
Her husband passed away on January 20, 2013. She was also predeceased by her parents, one daughter, Tammy Kribstock, and one sister, Gloria Eastmen.
Survivors include one daughter, Lisa Kribstock of Windsor, three stepchildren, Ralph A. Green of Danville, VT, Lorie A. Burnham-LaFlam of Brandon, VT and Lynn M. Burnham of Johnson, VT, four sisters, Helen Faulk of Abbeville, LA, Virginia Downer of Wilder, VT, Linda Derosembeau of Adams, MA and Betty Pixley of Strafford, VT, one half brother, Peter "Kenny" Johnson of Windsor, six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
