Warren "Sonny" Arthur Bailey Jr., 80 years old, of Thetford Center, Vermont, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2022, at the Jack Byrne Center in Lebanon, NH.  He was born May 4, 1941, in Fitchburg, MA, the son of Warren A. Sr. and Marion (Downing) Bailey.

Warren lived much of his life in Thetford Center, VT.  On September 29, 1962, he married Florence Mae Goodrich, this year would have marked the 60 years of marriage. The early years of their marriage included living in New Mexico and Connecticut until settling on Tucker Hill Road in Thetford Center to raise their children.

Warren worked many jobs throughout his life which included working in the mines in New Mexico, autobody repairman, sexton and as a mason's tender for lifelong friend Lee Illsley before retiring.

Warren was a dreamer, he loved to plan trips to see people and sites despite his many illnesses. One of his favorite things to do was to participate in motorcycle rides to help raise funds for children with chronic illnesses and toys for tots.

Warren is survived by his wife, Florence; his four sons: Ricky, Warren III, Victor and Joshua; his two daughters: Nanette and Tina; fifteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; his sister Inez and a brother Edward; as well as multiple extended family members.

He was predeceased by two grandchildren and his sister Charlotte and a brother Tommy

A graveside service will be held May 6 ^th , 2022, at 11 am in the Evergreen Cemetery in Thetford Center, VT followed by a reception at the United Church of Thetford Fellowship Hall in North Thetford, VT.
