Wilder, VT- Timothy R. Covell, 64, died Saturday, March 28, 2020 at his home in Wilder, VT surrounded by his family, following a long courageous battle with cancer.

Tim was born March 10, 1956 in Lebanon, NH a son of Roger and Annette (Dulac) Covell. He grew up in Lebanon and graduated from Lebanon High School class of 1974. After high school went to work as a mechanic at Smith Auto Sales where he worked until 1994. When he went to work as a custodian at Dartmouth College and the Tuck School in Hanover, NH for the past 26 years. Tim's work ethic kept him working as long as he could until he could physically no longer do it. In 2001 Tim was married to the love of his life Vicki McKenney in Strafford, VT.

He loved to go camping every season with his family at the River Meadow Campground in North Haverhill, NH. He also loved to spend time golfing and fishing. His greatest joy came from spending time and playing with his grandchildren.

Tim is predeceased by a son Jai Covell and his father Roger Covell.

He is survived by his beloved wife Vicki Covell of Wilder; three daughters Kate-Lyn Covell of Lebanon, Kali Mattern of Wilder and Mariah Covell of Windsor, VT; six grandchildren; a step-daughter Samantha Small ; step-son Jeffrey Curtis of Lebanon; mother Annette Covell of Lebanon; and a sister Lynn Slayton of Corinth, VT

A celebration of Tim's life will be held at the River Meadow Campground in the summer. Knight Funeral Home in White River Junction assisted with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to Tim's family in an online guestbook at www.knightfuneralhomes.com .
