WEATHERSFIELD, VT
Terry P. Woodward, 59, a resident of Weathersfield, passed away Monday, April 19, at the Springfield Hospital in Springfield, Vermont.
He was born February 8, 1951 in Jacksonville, Florida the son of Clifford W. and Evelyn L. (Spaulding) Woodward.
Terry fulfilled his lifelong dream when he retired to his family's home state of Vermont in 2005 with his wife Kelly. Terry and Kelly were married on Christmas Eve, 1980 in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. They lived in Wisconsin until 1986 when they moved to Orlando, Florida with daughter Kari. Terry was a hardworking Corporate Marketing Manager of vacation resorts in Orlando for many years. He was a loving husband and dedicated father. Terry will be remembered for his strong faith, his love of nature and antiques, and spending time with his family, dear friends and devoted dog "Penny".
He was predeceased by his father, Clifford Woodward, his paternal grandparents, Clifford and Pearl Woodward and his maternal grandparents, Clifford and Arlette Spaulding.
Survivors include his wife, Kelly J. Woodward of Weathersfield, his daughter Kari Ann Fonte and her husband, Jhirley "Jay" of Miami, Florida, his mother, Evelyn L. Woodward of Random Lake, Wisconsin, two sisters, Larke Woodward-Mor of West Bend, WI and Jeni Assman of Milwaukee, WI, his father and mother in laws, Bob and Shirley Peterson and Paul and Sue Bublitz, his brothers and sisters in laws, David and Michele Diener, Greg and Melissa Bublitz, Brandie Bublitz, Brian and Krissy Bublitz, Phillip and Tina Bublitz, Joe and Shawn Hartle and Bobby and Chrissy Peterson, an uncle, Clifford "Bud" Spaulding of Reading, VT, several nephews and nieces including Casey Assman of Milwaukee, WI.
Friends may call at the Knight Funeral Home in Windsor on Friday evening, April 23 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 24 at 2:00 PM at the Precision Valley Baptist Church in North Springfield, Vermont with the Rev. Dave Bentley, Pastor, officiating. Committal services with follow in the Plain Cemetery in Perkinsville.
