Windsor, VT- Tana Morrison, 80, died Sunday July 28, 2024, at home in Windsor.

She was born July 31, 1943, in Hanover, NH, a daughter of Francis and Margaret (Chagnon) Stillson. Tana grew up in Windsor and Hartland and graduated from Windsor High School in 1961. She married Robert "Bob" Morrison September 19, 1964, in Hartland, VT. They made their home and raised their son in Windsor where she has lived most of her life. Tana loved children and worked as a paraprofessional at Windsor Elementary School for many years. She later enjoyed visiting the community while she worked as a clerk at the Windsor Price Chopper until retiring.

In their younger years, Tana looked forward to Friday and Saturday nights as she and Bob travelled throughout the Upper Valley with his band. She not only accompanied him for support but loved getting on the dance floor and feeling the music flow through her body.

Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter.

Tana is survived by her son Robert "Chuck" Morrison of Windsor and his daughter Ella.

A graveside service will be held11am Friday, August 9, 2024 at the Ascutney Cemetery in Windsor. Knight Funeral Home in Windsor has been entrusted with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed in an online guestbook at www.knightfuneralhomes.com.
