Blythewood, SC –  Tammy L. Allen, 55, died early Wednesday morning, January 22, 2020 at her home in Blythewood, SC surround by her family.  She was born January 5, 1965 in Concord, NH the daughter of Carleton and Sylvia (Coderre) Murphy.

Tammy attended Windsor High School and shortly after married David E. Allen on January 8, 1981.  They lived in Germany for a short time while David was in the service and moved to several different areas until they finally settled in 1990 in South Carolina.

Tammy enjoyed cross stitch and arts and crafts.  Most of all Tammy loved spending time with her family.

She was predeceased by a sister, Lisa J. Hill.  Tammy is survived by her husband, David E. Allen, son, David E. Allen II, daughters Tara Allen and Marissa Allen all of Blythewood, SC, three step grandchildren, brothers, Timothy Murphy Sr. of Hartland, VT, Carleton Murphy Jr of North Springfield, VT, as well as nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held Sunday afternoon from 4-6PM at the Knight Funeral Home in Windsor, VT.  Funeral services will be held Monday at 12 noon at the funeral home.  Burial will be held later in the springtime in the HartlandVillage Cemetery in Hartland, VT.
