Susan Ann Farrell— beloved mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend— died after a short battle with cancer in the Jack Byrne Center for Palliative care on Friday, February 5th, 2021. She was 63 years old.

Sue was born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania on July 18th, 1957 to Thomas and Marjorie Farrell. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1979 and earned her Master of Science in Nursing at University of Pennsylvania in 1986.  Sue's lifelong passion for taking care of people led her to a career as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Upper Valley Pediatrics and as School Nurse at Thetford Academy.  She held both positions at the time of her death.

Sue was an avid gardener, a skilled quilter, an animal lover, and a universal Mom. She was selfless— always volunteering at events and contributing to many deserving causes. She was creative— filling journal upon journal full of art and wisdom. And most of all she was strong— she survived cancer twice before this, and instead of letting it shake her faith or dismantle who she was, it made her stronger.

Sue is survived by her husband Richard, her daughter Ella, her sister Jane, her brother Tom, and her parents Marjorie and Thomas.   She will be deeply missed by the many family members and the friends who love her.
