Sheila P. LaFlam

White River Jct., VT – Sheila P. LaFlam, 75, died at home in White River Jct. surrounded by her family on Wednesday December 28th.

She was born July 13, 1936 in Keene, NH and grew up in White River Jct. the daughter of Janice (Dickerson) and Howard Parker. Sheila graduated from Hartford High School Class of 1954. She married Richard LaFlam April 20, 1956 and together they raised their family. She then began work at the Dartmouth National Bank in Hanover until retiring after over twenty years of service.

Sheila spent much of her time as a devoted mother. She also enjoyed her animals, in her younger years she enjoyed horses and more recently the family pets.

She is predeceased by a brother Fred Holbrook and loving brother Ken Holbrook.

She is survived by her husband of fifty five years, Richard, of White River Jct.; her three children Debbie LaFlam of Whittier, NC, Kelly Guerin of New Smyrna Beach, FL and Rick LaFlam of Wilder, VT; four grandchildren Bailey and Garrett LaFlam of Wilder, Tasha Rice of FL and John Young of Lebanon; two great-grandchildren Sheila and Noah Rice of FL; two step brothers Jack Parker and Gay Parker; two step sisters Dottie Storm and Donna Mackintosh as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visiting Hours will be held at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Jct. Tuesday January 3rd from 1-3PM. Private burial will be held in the Hartford Cemetery.
