Grantham, NH- Shaun Michael (Willey) Findley, 49, died July 30th at home surrounded by his family following a battle with pancreatic cancer.

Shaun grew up in White River Jct. and graduated from Hartford High School class of 1990. After high school he enlisted in the US Marine Corps serving from 1990 until 1994 and later he further served his country in the US Navy Reserves. After his honorable discharge from the Marines, Shaun began his 29-year career with the US Postal Service, working as a mail carrier in Brattleboro, Springfield, and Hanover and most recently as an interim postmaster in Windsor, VT. Shaun was married to Theresa Sak in 2013 and they lived in Grantham.

Shaun enjoyed the outdoors especially snowmobiling, hunting, golfing, and fishing and was the Boys' Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach in Springfield, VT.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa, of Grantham; children, Bennett Durand of Grantham, NH and Malia Findley of Springfield, VT; parents Corinne (Potter) and Earl Cuthbertson of Lake Alfred, FL; sister, Tabatha Richardson of Windsor, VT; brother, Troy Willey of Auburndale, FL as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and step siblings.

Shaun is predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Genevieve Potter; uncle, Gary Potter and cousin, Tracy Findley.

Visitation will be at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Jct., VT, Monday, August 2nd from 1-3PM and 6-8PM.  A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
