Sharman Ann Renehan

West Lebanon, NH – Sharman Ann Renehan, 51, died Wednesday January 2, 2013 at Lebanon Center Genesis Eldercare in Lebanon, NH.

Sharman was born April 3, 1961 a daughter of Donald and Marion (Harlow) Renehan. Sharman attended the Hanover Street School in Lebanon for her elementary schooling and during junior high and high school she also attended the Upper Valley Development & Training Center. In 1982 she graduated from the UVD&TC. For many years she was active in the Special Olympics as a swimmer.

Sharman lived with her family, in West Lebanon, all of her life. She was cared for by her parents and her sister, all of whom felt that Sharman was a gift to them. Summer was a special time for Sharman as the Renehan's spent each summer together, for over fifty years, at their home on Mascoma Lake in Enfield. She especially loved her time there with her family and friends.

Sharman began working at Gnomon Copy in 1986 and continued to work there for 24 years, retiring in 2010. Upon her retirement she received a Lifetime Career Achievement Award which stated "In grateful appreciation of your unwavering commitment throughout 24 years of devoted service. You always put your heart into every project and inspired us all."

She was a past member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in West Lebanon, where she received her confirmation and was a regular participant in the Christmas Pageant. More recently Sharman has attended St. Anthony's Catholic Church in White River Junction and St. Helena's Catholic Church in Enfield during the summer.

She was predeceased by her mother, Marion, in 2006 and is survived by her father, Donald H. Renehan and her sister Shelley Marie Renehan both of West Lebanon as well as several cousins including William Young and his wife Sally of Burlington, VT.

Visiting hours will be held at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Jct. on Sunday January 6th from 2-4PM and 6-8PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday January 7th at 11AM at St. Anthony's Church in White River Jct., VT.
