West Lebanon, NH – Roy T. Joyce, 68, died on Monday, April 15, 2024, at the Jack Byrne Center in Lebanon, NH. The youngest of ten siblings, he was born July 24, 1955, in Cornish, NH to Earl and Doris (Cushing) Joyce.

Roy enjoyed the outdoors, spending a lot of time deer hunting and fishing. Many hours were spent on Crystal Pond in Canaan, NH, fishing with his son, JD. Roy had many grandchildren and great grandchildren and was proud to hold the title of "Grandpa." A lasting memory is when he would joyfully take them to the Wilder dam, which they called "Grandpa's Lake."

He is survived by his son, JD Hughes of Windsor; siblings David Joyce, Rick Joyce, and Ruth Frank; 10 grandchildren Cheyenne, Angel, Carmine, Gracie, Josiah, Ethan, Josh, Jon, Paris, and Amity; four great grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Margaret "Peggy" (Hughes) Joyce, and a sister, Ethel Nelson.
