HARTLAND, VT
Robert A. Pasho, 92, walked into Heaven on February 27th to be greeted by his Lord; "Well done, good and faithful servant. Enter into my joy". For nine years he was lovingly cared for at the Mt. Ascutney Hospital Extended Care Facility in Windsor. One of his main frustrations was not being to be able to walk.
Born in Billerica, MA in 1918, he moved early to Vermont where he was proud to be a dairy farmer for many years. Later, he moved to Arizona where he lived for 17 years. He had "cowboy" in his blood and spent many hours on his horse "Happy Day". Later, back in Vermont his days were filled with gardening and involvement in his church.
In 1946 he married Marion Snell. Their marriage has been an example of faithfulness and love for each other for 65 years.
He is survived by his wife of Hartland, and two sons, Chet Pasho and his wife Sandy of Hartland and Dan Pasho and his wife Glenna of Casa Grande, AZ, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
A memorial service for Rob will be held Saturday, May 14 at 11:00 AM at the North Hartland Community Church. Committal services will be held in the Hartland Village Cemetery at the convenience of his family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Pregnancy Center of the Upper Valley at One Main Street, Suite 2, West Lebanon, NH 03784.
"Rob, thank you for the joy you shared with all of us".
