Bob attended Plainfield schools and graduated from Lebanon High School in 1972.  He attended UNH and graduated with a degree in Forestry and Landscape Architecture in 1974.  After a short stint working for a local nursery and landscaper, he followed his true passion and calling to be a fire fighter and EMT.

Most recently, he became a member of the 'North Country Chordsmen' singing group which he greatly enjoyed.  Bob loved camping, country fairs, and musical concerts.
