Windsor, VT – Robert "Bob" James Hussey, 74, of Windsor, Vermont, passed away peacefully on May 13, 2025.

Born in Springfield, Vermont on July 17, 1950, to Ronald and Alma Hussey, Bob graduated from Springfield High School in 1967. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force and was honorably discharged. He then spent almost 40 years working with Daniels Construction in Ascutney, Vermont.

Bob loved the outdoors and spent many of his best days fishing, hunting, and boating. He had a deep love for music, great jokes, and Bud Light—but above all, he cherished time with his daughters and family and friends.

He was married for 48 years to Stacey Hussey, who predeceased him August 1,2021. He is also preceded in death by his parents and two siblings, Dick and Bonnie.

Bob is survived by his loving daughters, Angela Bly and husband Steve and Sarah Luhmann and husband Clint; his girlfriend Pam Osgood; his grandchildren Nick, Karen, Ashlee, and Hunter; three great-grandchildren; a sister Sharon; other relatives and friends. His beloved dog, Scooter, also survives him.

In lieu of flowers, please celebrate Bob's life with his family on Mon., May 26, 2025, from 2-6pm at the American Legion in Windsor, Vermont. Arrangements are entrusted to Knight Funeral Home of Windsor and online condolences may be shared at www.knightfuneralhomes.com.

Bob will be remembered for his sense of humor, his loyalty, and the love he poured into his family and friends.
