Newport, NH — Rhonda Robinson, 59, passed peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at the Summercrest Senior Living Community in Newport, NH, where she had lived since 2019.
Rhonda was born November 25, 1962, in Lebanon, NH to Paul and Nancy (Parker) Potwin. She grew up and attended school in Hartland, and graduated from Hartford High School, Class of '81. She was married to Daryl Dean for almost three decades; they raised three boys and fostered many children before divorcing. Rhonda was remarried to Eric Robinson in 2010 and they were divorced last year.
Attending night school at CCV and earning her Associates Degree gave Rhonda a sense of pride. She went on to work in bookkeeping at A.M. Peisch for many years.
She enjoyed motorcycles, reading romance novels, going to the beach, and dancing, especially the polka. Rhonda was blessed with two beautiful granddaughters, who were the apples of her eye. More than anything, Rhonda loved spending time with her family. She loved to cook, and you could always count on never leaving hungry. Her family will always remember her special Christmas quiche as well as her seafood stew and amazing fried chicken.
She is predeceased by her mother, Nancy (Parker) Potwin and an infant brother Matthew.
She leaves behind her sons, Daryl Dean II and his wife, Jillian of Springfield, VT, Andre Dean and his wife, Casey McCabe of Ashland, NH, and Tyson Dean and his wife, Megan, of Springfield.
