Bellows Falls, VT – Ramona B. Noel, 85, a longtime resident of Windsor, VT died Friday January 24, 2020 at Country Village Community Care in Bellows Falls.

She was born January 2, 1935 in Fairfield, VT daughter of John L and Loretta (Elwood) Boudro.  Ramona lived in Windsor all her life until becoming a resident of Country Village Community Care recently.

She was predeceased by sisters, Betty Partch and Lorraine Carney; a brother, James Boudro; niece, Nicole Ryan and nephew, Timothy Tucker.

She leaves her son, Michael Lasure of Hartland, grandson, Zachary and great grandson, Roderick; sister, Gail Dow of Windsor; brothers, Kenneth Boudro of Charlestown and Darrell Boudro of Windsor.

At her request there will be no services.
