Wilder, Vermont – Priscilla Jane Dutille Labelle, 89, died Thursday night, January 15, 2015 at the Mt. Ascutney Hospital in Windsor, VT. She was born November 10, 1925 in Hanover, NH the daughter of Archie and Blanche (Meyette) Dutille. Priscilla grew up and attended school in Wilder, VT. She graduated from Hartford High School class of 1943. During her senior year she began working part time at the Superintendent's office in Hartford. Following her graduation she continued as a full time secretary, a position she held for over forty-two years. She retired in the late 1980's. Priscilla married Roland A. Labelle on (date). They made their home in Wilder, VT where they raised four children. Mr. Labelle died September 20, 1967 at a very early age.
Priscilla enjoyed knitting, working on crossword puzzles and bowling. She was an avid reader, loved to travel and was a dedicated fan of all the New England Sports Teams.

She was a founding member of and served on the board of Directors for the Windsor/Orange County Credit Union. She was a faithful member of St. Anthony's Church where she served as a Eucharistic minister.

She was predeceased by her husband and a sister, Patricia Powers.

She is survived by her two daughters, Lori Labelle of Wilder, VT
Lynn M. Labelle of Manchester, NH, two sons, Ron Labelle and his wife, Laurie of Cairo, NY, Doni Labelle and his wife, Cyndi of Hinesburg, VT, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held Monday, January 19, from 4-7PM at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Jct., VT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, January 20, at 11AM at St. Anthony Church in White River Jct., VT. Burial will be held later in the springtime in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
