White River Jct., VT- Phyllis Call Regione, 89, died in her sleep on Friday, August 14, 2026.

She was born February 28, 1937, at home in North Hartland, where she was raised, and attended and graduated from Hartford High School. She had been a lifelong resident of the Upper Valley, primarily in the White River Junction areas. The longest being on Lower Hyde Park.

She spent many years working at the Red & White/Super Duper store on the Miracle mile in Lebanon, NH. She then went into home nursing in the Upper Valley of both Vermont and New Hampshire for 30 plus years until she retired.

She was pre-deceased by her mother, Gladys H. Wood, her father, Arthur McCauley, and stepfather, Royal R. Wood, as well has her daughter Debra Call, one of her identical twin sons, David M. Call and her granddaughter, Savanah Parker.

She is survived by her son, Philip M. Call, and his son, David R. Call & his partner, Jeanne Gilmore; a daughter, Danielle Regione and her son, Shawn Philip Lambert, as well as an extended family of her brother, Royal Ransom Wood, III and his wife, Debra wood, her niece & nephew Ransom Wood, IV, Roxanne Wood Sherman, Autumn Wood & Nicoli Wood. Grandchildren, Sarah Jeanne Parker, Zacariah Parker. Great grandchildren, Kelsey Mae Parker Gagne, Joshua Parker & Amy Mashteare, Zachariah Campbell, Ava Jerome, Chloë Parker, Miranda Rugg, Ethan Williams, Alexandra Herbet, Cody Martin, Genevieve Gagne, Garrett “Manny” Gagne, Hunter Draper, Kalani & Gianna Brannon, Tucker Martin, Charlie Martin, Nya Lilly Parker, Thea Parker, Finley Parker. As well as many personal friends.

A celebration of her life is planned and will be announced at a later date, at the convenience of the family. Knight Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed in an online guestbook found at www.knightfuneralhomes.com
