WINDSOR, VT

Peter G. Toepfer, 84, passed Friday April 5 ^th , 2019 at the Jack Byrne Center for Pallative and Hospice Care in Lebanon NH, surrounded by his family.

Peter grew up in Rotenburg, Germany where he learned to be a

butcher. He came to the United States in 1955, where he met his lovely

wife Rose in NY. Together, they owned a deli in Astoria, from there, they settled

in VT. Peter took much pride in caring for his property whether that be flowers or vegetation. He loved spending time with family and loved ones.

Peter is survived by his caring wife Rose of  VT; his two daughters Karen Stetson of TX and Anne Chow of NH; his grandchildren Kristina Huffman and her husband Cory of TX, Nicole Chow of NH, Rachele Chow of NH, Sandra Chow of NH; and two great grandchildren Clara Rose and Noah Carter Huffman.
