White River Junction, VT - Peter J. Guarino Sr., 62, passed away in early September at his home in White River Junction, Vermont. Peter was a 20-year Navy veteran and retired in 1995 with the rank Petty Officer 1st class. Afterwards he found a passion for cooking and worked in numerous restaurants in the area.

Peter is survived by five children: Travis, James, Peter Jr., Daniel, and Megan.

He will be laid to rest in Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery later this month to where there will be a small family service.
