WINDSOR, VT

Paul Michael Koch, 20, a resident of Windsor, passed away unexpectedly Thursday afternoon, February 28, at the Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center in Windsor.

He was born December 11, 1998 in Lebanon, NH the son of Carl W. and Cynthia (Lynch) Koch. He received his schooling in Windsor and graduated from Windsor High School in 2017. He completed an Internship Program at the Windsor American Precision Museum and was currently employed as a custodian at Dartmouth College in Hanover.

Paul enjoyed hiking and music. He loved his family, friends and pets. Paul's sudden death has ended the mental anguish which he had suffered yet has left many struggling with the pain of his loss.

Survivors include his parents, Carl and Cyndy Koch of Windsor, one sister, Valerie Koch of Windsor, his uncle, John Paul Lynch of Windsor, and cousin, Thomas Lynch. He is also survived by his uncle, Louis Ryan, aunt, Theresa Ryan, cousin, Matthew Ryan, aunt, Mary Koch and her husband, Dave Carey, uncle, Harry Loudenslager, and cousins, Butch Loudenslager, Karen Cruz and Jennifer Loudenslager. Paul leaves a large loving extended family from both sides.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, John and Jeannette Lynch and paternal grandmother, Doris Dow Koch.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saturday, March 16 at 11:00 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Windsor.
