Springfield, VT- Paul Leo Gaudette, 82, died Monday, October 30, 2023, at Springfield Health & Rehabilitation Center in Springfield, VT.

Paul was born September 6, 1941, in Hartland, VT, a son of Francis and Lucile (Potwin) Gaudette. He attended the Hartland Schools and vocational school in Burlington, VT. Paul worked for many years at the CPI Sawmill in Bethel. He was a former resident of Branchwood Apartments in Randolph, until moving to assisted living.

Paul was a devoted parishioner at Our Lady of the Angels in Bethel. Paul enjoyed eating out, especially the restaurants in Three Corners in Hartland. He loved his Red Sox team.

He is preceded in death by four brothers, Marvin, Alan, Walter and Albert Gaudette. He is survived by a sister, Marybelle Riendeau of Springfield, VT, nephew, Francis Riendeau, Jr. of Ford, VA, nieces, Debbie Houle of Athens, VT and Annette Beers of Walpole, NH, two aunts, Jean Brown of Windsor and Marion Knolls of Northern Vermont.

A funeral service will be held at the Knight Funeral Home in Windsor, Friday, November 3, 2023 at 2pm, followed by burial in the St. Francis Of Assisi Cemetery.
