Patrick and Phyllis Bove were married in 1965 and had two sons, Patrick, Jr. and Michael Morris. Patrick loved Vermont, and was pleased when he was offered the position of Principal of the newly built Hartland Elementary School in 1971. Patrick was a member of JPLCC from 1972 until he became disabled with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's in 2016. He won the President's Cup in 1981. He was always grateful that he and Phyllis were able to spend four months every winter from 2008 to 2020 at their home in Englewood, FL.. They made many friends. He especially enjoyed touring around Florida and going from the West Coast in Florida to the East Coast visiting family and friends from the old days. They always referred to him as a "soft
touch" in a complimentary manner. He never failed to help anyone who needed his assistance. Patrick was a member of the Knight's of Columbus in Greenwich, CT. He and his brother were instrumental in the establishment of the Holiday dinners. They organized a delivery schedule for those who were homebound and arranged rides for those who could not get themselves to the dinner.
