Windsor, VT- Patricia H. Dimick, 80, died April 16, 2018 at the Jack Byrne Center for Palliative & Hospice Care in Lebanon, NH, with her daughters at her side.

She was born October 17, 1937 in Morrisville, VT, a daughter of Glenn and Hazel (Perry) Hill. Pat graduated from Windsor High School class of 1955, she got her start in the restaurant business out of high school. She was later married to Bernard F. Reynolds for several years, later divorcing. She owned and operated several restaurants over the years. On October 24, 1982 she was married to Rodney P. Dimick on Mt. Ascutney. Pat enjoyed her many years in the food service industry and after flourishing in the company of her patrons, retired from Dimicks Choices in 2011.

Pat was a very hard worker and could always be found at work before her retirement. Later in years she was a very accomplish knitter, she enjoyed painting, but most of all spending time with family playing cards.

Pat is preceded in death by her  husband Rodney P. Dimick.

She is survived by three daughters Sue Beaulieu, Cherie Hamel both of Windsor, and Ann Tancreti of Hartland; a step son Dennis Dimmick of Ascutney; a step daughter Sherri Blish of Claremont; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. They are all so proud of her strength and how she finished her fight like a lady and with grace.

Visiting hours will be held Sunday, April 22, 2018 at the Knight Funeral Home in Windsor from 12-2pm with a memorial service immediately following at 2pm.

BRAVE CHALLENGE is an obstacle course providing a physical and social experience for people with  disabilities to develop independence, confidence, and improve fitness levels. This was inspired by her grandson and is something she felt very proud of.
