Patricia Mae (Covey) Cogan passed peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Thursday, March 16, 2023. She was born September 10, 1951 in Wolfeboro, NH, the second of five children born to Uradel (Del) and Charlotte (Brown) Covey.

Pat attended elementary school in Sandwich, NH and graduated from Inter-Lakes High School in 1969. Shortly after graduating, she married her high school sweetheart, Dennis Cogan. Pat and Dennis were married for 37 years and raised two daughters.

Pat held many administrative jobs during her career, but undoubtedly, her favorite "job" was being a grandmother. "Nannie" loved spending time with her four grandchildren, and looked for every opportunity to be with them. She enjoyed holiday and family gatherings, attending their sporting events, teaching them to bake, shopping and taking them out to lunch.

Pat was predeceased by her parents and two brothers, Bill and Little Del. She is survived by her sisters, Sally Murphy and Linda Sargent and their families; her daughters and their husbands, Tracy & Thomas Ostler and Casey & Benjamin Hawkins; and her beloved grandchildren, Casey and Andy Mae Ostler and Molly and Samuel Hawkins.

Pat's family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the hospice LNAs and RNs who professionally and compassionately cared for her. Their kindness will never be forgotten.
