Windsor, VT- Owen J. Jarvis, 66, died Saturday, November 12, 2022, at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.

Owen was born March 10, 1956, in Windsor, VT. He grew up in Windsor and graduated from Windsor High School in 1974. Right out of high school Owen worked as an auto body technician and was a member of the Windsor Fire Department. He later worked for a time at Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Cone Automatic, Thermal Dynamics and Fuji Film before retiring in 2016 due to his growing health concerns. Owen was married to the love of his life, Carla (Ingalls) Amos, in 2016.

Owen was a proud volunteer fire fighter with the Windsor Fire Department. He enjoyed model trains, slot cars, and all sorts of collectibles.

Owen is preceded in death by a sister, Irma Kendall.

He is survived by his wife, Carla Jarvis; three sons, Christopher Jarvis of Bethel, VT, Timothy Jarvis of Springfield, VT, and Logan Jarvis of Windsor, VT; a sister, Norma Smead of Weathersfield Bow, VT; and three grandchildren.
