Norman E. MacLeay, 94, of Goyette Avenue in Claremont, NH died Thursday, October 3, 2024, following a period of failing health. He was born in Claremont, NH on May 6, 1930, the son of George Gardiner and Sarah MacLeay, and had been a lifelong Claremont resident. He was a manufacturing engineer employed by Joy Manufacturing and Costa Tool. Members of his family include his wife, Alice MacLeay (deceased), two daughters, Heather MacLeay (VT), Belinda MacLeay (PA), a son Peter MacLeay and his wife, Patty (NH); three grandchildren, Sarah Galuska and her husband, Michael (PA), David Naschke (PA), Nicholas MacLeay and his wife, Paige (NH); six great grandchildren, Simon Galuska (PA), Gabrielle Galuska (PA), Brooklyn Naschke (PA), Charlotte Naschke (PA), Regan MacLeay (NH), and Sawyer MacLeay (NH). There will be no visiting hours or services.
