Lebanon, NH- Nancy M. Hill, 88, died Monday, January 31, 2022, at Lebanon Center Genesis in Lebanon, NH.

Nancy was born November 29, 1933, in Lebanon, NH a daughter of Ernest and Doris (Heath) Cookman. She grew up in West Lebanon and attended West Lebanon High School. Nancy worked as a teacher's aide in the Mt Lebanon Elementary School before going to work at Astronics LSI as an inspector retiring in September 2005. Nancy was married to Charles Hill December 25, 1975, and they made their home in the Vermont Upper Valley.

Nancy was a talented quilter, she enjoyed sewing and made many clothes for her children over the years. She kept a spotless house without a thing out of place. She was an avid reader and would devour books as quick as she could get them. She was a devoted Christian and loved Christian music. During her last few years while living at Genesis, Nancy enjoyed the many phone calls and visits from her family and friends.

She is predeceased by her husband, Charles Hill; a son Francis Manley Jr.; a daughter, Michele Nightingale; a brother, Richard Cookman and three sisters Dorothy Barrows, Shirly Gale, and Margorie Cookman.

Nancy is survived by a two daughters Jean Herrick of Croydon, NH and Sue Baldacchino of Hartland, VT; son John Manley of White River Junction; numerous loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
