Charlestown, NH- Michael D. Wood, 68, died Sunday, November 15, 2020 at home with his wife by his side.

Michael was born July 31, 1952 in Shoreham, VT a son of John and Charlotte (North) Wood. He grew up in Shoreham and graduated from the Shoreham Schools. He went on to further his education receiving a Nursing degree and later a bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire, Concord. Michael started his nursing career at Catholic Medical Centers in Manchester, NH. He worked at many of the hospitals in Vermont and New Hampshire, last working at New London Hospital in New London, NH. Michael loved to fish, but spending time with his grandson, Jaxon, was the best part of his day.

He is survived by his wife Judith (Russell) Wood, two sons, John Wood of Cloverdale, IN; David Davis of Deerfield, NH: a daughter, Michelle Clark of Plymouth, NH; Krystle Davis of Charlestown; 2 grandchildren, Jaxon Malone, and Sutton Fortier.

Jaxon leaves one final message for his Grampy, I love you, love you, love you, best friends.
