Bradford, VT- Michael R. Martell, 65, died Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at home surrounded by family.

Mike was born June 5, 1958, in Randolph, VT, a son of Donald and Earlene (Brown) Martell. He grew up in Stockbridge and graduated from Whitcomb Senior High School in Bethel, VT in 1976. Michael was a jack of all trades and had worked all throughout Vermont. He was last employed at Hartford High School as a janitor until his retirement.

Mike enjoyed the great outdoors he liked camping and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a fan of NASCAR and followed Jeff Gordon. Mike liked working on cars and restored a Chevy Monte Carlo with his son Donald.

Mike is survived by his former wife and current partner, Rhonda Bent Martell; three sons, Donald Martell of Williamstown, VT, Jeremiah Martell of Sharon, VT and Michael Martell of Bradford, VT; two daughters, Heather Byrd of Barre, VT and Nikki Thomas of Hartland, VT; and thirteen grandchildren.
