Michael Paul Davis
Brookfield, VT – Michael Paul Davis, 48, died Monday January 25th at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in White River Jct.
He was born February 9, 1961 in Biddeford, ME a son of Charles and Joyce (Bellevance) Davis. He graduated from high school in South Portland, ME and later from the University of Southern Maine. Michael served eight years in the US Army where he received his nursing degree. He moved to Brookfield, VT in 1995 to begin working at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in White River Jct. as a registered nurse where he met his Sheila Shumway. They were married at the VA September 16, 1996.
Michael enjoyed music and when he was younger he enjoyed hiking and SCUBA diving.
He is survived by his wife and a daughter Mariah Davis of Sharon and two step daughters Melissa Pettersen of Enfield, NH and Jessica Haines of Lebanon as well as a sister Claire Davis of Pownal, ME.
A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
