White River Junction, VT- Mary P. Jorgensen, 79, died Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.

Mary was born May 9, 1941 in Hanover, NH a daughter of Elvery "Sam" and Christine (White) Goodwin. She grew up in West Lebanon, NH and graduated from West Lebanon High School class of 1959. Mary went to work at Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital in Hanover where she worked as a nurse's aide and later in housekeeping. She went to work for Split Ball Bearing in Lebanon where she was a machine operator. Mary Retired from Timkin Aerospace in 2006.  in July of 1982 she was married to the love of her life Brian Jorgensen in the West Lebanon Congregational Church. They made their home in White River Junction.

Mary loved reading and was a passionate NASCAR fan. She had a wicked sweet tooth and loved everything sweet.

Mary is predeceased by a son James "Hippy" Billingham and a brother Donald Goodwin.

She is survived by her husband Brian Jorgensen of White River Junction, two sons, Ricky Billingham and his wife Tina of White River Junction and Elvery Billingham of Canaan, NH; a daughter Heidi Bushway and her husband Rick of White River Junction; two brothers Raymond Goodwin of Wilder, VT and Keith Goodwin of Quechee, VT; two sisters, Kathy Newton of Plainfield, NH and Karen Aldrich of West Lebanon and 6 Grandchildren.

A visitation will be held Friday, April 2, 2021 at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Junction from 4-6PM. To abide by capacity limits, guests should wait in their vehicles and funeral home staff will escort you in as space allows, in the order that you arrive. A graveside service will be held 2PM, Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at the Hartford Cemetery in White River Junction.
