Obituary

Manchester, NH – Margaret A. Usin, 81, died Friday, March 2, 2012, at the Villa Crest in Manchester, NH.

Margaret was born on May 29, 1930, in Nashua, NH, the daughter of Horace C. and Ola (Boyer) Morehouse. She graduated from Windsor High School in Vermont in 1949, where she served as Class President and represented her class in Girls Nation in 1948. Peg married Frank C. Usin on January 28, 1950, in Windsor. She worked at Skinner Drug Store until 1952; when she became the office manage for the Windsor Medical Group. In 1971, Margaret and Frank moved to Manchester, NH, where she worked as a business administrator for the Manchester Pediatric Association. In 1981, she became a certified Management Consultant to the Medical Profession.

Margaret was a charter member of the New Hampshire Group Management Association, Past President of the Zonta Club in Manchester, NH, a member of the Windsor Emblem Club, American Legion Post #25 Auxiliary and Ascutney Chapter #2 OES.

Margaret was predeceased by her husband Frank in 2002 and her brother-in-law, Howard Wilder. She is survived by her sister, Ola Wilder, of Hebron, NH, a niece Colleen Wilder-Baker and her husband, Richard, of Thornton, NH and her grandniece, Nicole Taranti and her husband, Joseph, and their daughter, Alyssa, all of Derry, NH.
Margaret is also survived by her very good friends, Mary and Peter Grela, of Windsor, VT, Nancy "Mickey" Grant, James Malone and his family and her kind neighbors, all of Manchester, NH.

Knight Funeral Home in White River Junction has been entrusted with arrangements. A graveside service in the Ascutney Cemetery in Windsor will be announced in the spring.
