Falls Church, VA - Lorraine Ellen Leverone, 66 passed away peacefully on August 12, 2022 after a year long battle with cancer.

Lorraine was born on May 11, 1956, the daughter of Rodolfo (Rudy) Mendoza and Barbara Mendoza who both predeceased her. Lorraine grew up in Falls Church, VA and graduated from Falls Church High School, class of 1974.

Lorraine was married to her beloved husband, William (Bill) Teague on September 28, 2001 in Las Vegas, NV by Elvis. They have resided in Copperas Cove, TX for the past 21 years and have a summer home in Enfield, NH.

Lorraine very much enjoyed visiting her extended family in Vermont and New Hampshire. She also loved to travel, one of her favorite places to go was Kauhi, Hawaii. She was a talented piano player and artist. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, shopping, eating out and more shopping.

She is survived by her husband, William (Bill) Teague, brother, Chris Mendoza, nieces/kids, Valerie Mendoza Murphy and Sarah Mendoza Thieroff, her favorite aunt, Virginia (Ginny) Gould and numerous cousins as well as her cats, Lucy and Bubba.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a contribution to your favorite charity or your local animal shelter.
