Linda W. Palmer, 75, died Tuesday, July 27, 2021 in Woodstock, VT. She was born January 27, 1946 in New York, NY, daughter of Robert Snyder Womrath and Dorothy Selden (Goadby) Womrath. Linda graduated from Shipley School in Bryn Mawr, PA class of 1964. She attended Mount Holyoke in North Hadley, MA. In 1970, she married Stephen Palmer, Sr. and they made their home in Short Hills, NJ where they raised their 4 children. After the children graduated from school, Linda settled in Delray Beach, FL where she was actively involved in substance abuse mediation. In 2017, she moved to Woodstock, VT to be closer to family. She was an avid tennis and bridge player and a whiz at crossword and jigsaw puzzles.

Linda is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Palmer Quintano of New York, NY; three sons Christopher Palmer of Bordentown, NJ, Timothy Palmer of Atlanta, GA and Stephen Palmer, Jr. of Woodstock, VT; 8 grandchildren; and two sisters, Mary Olson and Selden Sutton, and a brother Robert Womrath. Linda's family would also like to thank the Woodstock Terrace senior living community in Woodstock, VT for their wonderful care of Linda during this last year.
