White River Junction, VT – Linda Sue Harper, 70, died on Monday, November 7, 2022, at her home with her husband at her side. She was born on August 15, 1952, in Lebanon, NH to Norman C. and Doris G. (Wheeler) Thibodeau and spent most of her life in the Upper Valley. She was a caring person who was regarded by many as the 'neighborhood mom' since she often would take the neighborhood kids out for ice cream or candy.

She is survived by her husband, Terry P. Harper of White River Junction; three children, Tiffany Sue Kangas of South Royalton, VT, Michael David Kangas of Maine, and Christopher Lee Kangas of Portland, ME; her mother, Doris Thibodeau of Wilder; two siblings, Lisa Thibodeau and wife, Janet Couture and Michael Thibodeau, all of Wilder; six grandchildren, Christena, Christopher, Kai Christopher, Tesha Marie, David Lee, and Kaylee-Mae; many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, one son, David Lee Kangas, and two siblings Norman Jr. and Helen Parmentier.
