Norwich, CT- Leslie C. Cook, 68, died unexpectedly, Friday, August 11, 2023, at home.

Leslie was born November 22, 1954, in Hanover, NH, a son of Leonard and Ruth (Linton) Cook. He grew up in Norwich, VT and graduated from Hanover High School in 1972. He went to work in the transportation department at Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital in Hanover, NH.  Leslie lived in a number of places over the years and worked various jobs.

Leslie owned and operated a bakery and candy shop in West Lebanon, NH. He was a very talented baker, taking great pride in baking cakes and making candy. He enjoyed making confections for people whenever he got the chance.

Leslie decided to move to Norwich, CT where he had lived once before and remained there until his passing.

Leslie is survived by a brother, Jim Cook and his wife, Sarah; three sisters, Bonnie Cook, Cathy Parker and husband, Stanley, and Linda E. Cook; three aunts, Bertha, Dora and Ellie, and numerous nieces and nephews. Les is also survived by his longtime friend, Gary Hoisington.
