White River Jct., VT – Kimberly Hope Wilson, 39, died unexpected Saturday, November 16, 2013. She was born December 14, 1973 in Alexandria, Virginia the daughter of Howard Cleaver and Gilda (Nepa) Cleaver. She grew up in Virginia Beach, VA and graduated from Kempsville High School in 1991. After attending community college for a short time she studied and graduated from the Mercy School of Nursing in Charlotte, NC in 1999. During her nursing career she has worked at the Atlanta Children's Hospital in Atlanta, GA, Stanford University Hospital in Pal alto, CA, St. Louis University Hospital and most recently at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. She was an exceptionally talented and skilled nurse having worked in Pediatric Intensive Care Nursing, General Medical Nursing and most recently as a surgical nurse. She was a member of the Association of Operation Room Nurses where she was an acting officer. She was married to Thomas J. Wilson, January 14, 2001 in Durham, NC. They have lived in the Upper Valley since 2008.
Kimberley enjoyed traveling, reading, the local music scene, NASCAR and especially spending time with her children and family.
She is survived by her husband of White River Jct., VT, two sons, Drew Cleaver of Virginia Beach, VA, Sam Wilson of White River Jct., VT, two daughters, Olivia Wilson and Sofia Wilson of White River Jct., VT and step daughter, Rebekah Harbison of White River Jct., VT, her parents of Virginia Beach, VA, two brothers, Patrick Cleaver and Brian Cleaver both of Virginia Beach, VA, also nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visiting hours will be held Friday evening November 22, from 6-8PM at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Jct., VT. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning, November 23, at 10AM at the Tupelo Music Hall, 188 South Main Street in White River Jct., VT. Burial will follow in the Hartford Cemetery in Hartford, VT.
