Kathryn A. Neil died Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Lebanon Center Genesis, Lebanon, NH. She was born in Albany, NY, a daughter of Louis and Mary (Hennessy) Geiger. She graduated from Vincentian Institute and the Mildred Elley Business School. She was married to Larmer D. Neil on September 8, 1942 in Albany, NY before moving to Whitesboro, NY where she was a long-time resident.
Kathryn is predeceased by her husband, Larmer Neil, a son Brian J. Neil; two brothers, Louis Geiger, Jr. and Robert Geiger and a sister Rose White.
She is survived by her daughter Dolores Burns of Enfield, NH, son Robert and Judy Neil of Southlake, TX and daughter-in-law Diane Neil of Boonville, NY. Also grandchildren Karen Burns, Janice Lawrence, Franklin Burns, Heather Conner, Jennifer Briggs, Jamie Saunders, Jason Scott, and Jarrin Roberts and great-grandchildren Corina Lawrence, Jocelyn Lawrence, Roarke Flad, Isabella Flad, William Burns, Austen Saunders, Alexis Scott, Colton Roberts and Blake Roberts. She is also survived by her brother William Geiger of Albany, NY and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 9:30 AM at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Whitesboro, NY. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Mass cards or contributions to St. Paul's Memorial Fund would be appreciated.
