She was born March 27, 1957 in Clinton, MA, the daughter of Robert and Tobia (Goodson) Bartlett. She received her schooling in Windsor and graduated from Windsor High School in 1975. She was also fond of crafting, gardening and cooking. She received great joy in spending time with her grandchildren, especially on trips to Disney World. She loved her grandkids very much, and they loved her back. Kathie also took pleasure in spending time at the family home in Brownsville, their cottage in Springfield, NH and at the Brownsville General Store, now the Brownsville Butcher and Pantry.

She was predeceased by one granddaughter, Cora Grace, and by one brother-in-law, Rev. David Biebel.

Survivors include, her husband, Paul Biebel of Brownsville, her parents, Robert and Tobia Bartlett of Hartland, one son, Tim Biebel and his wife, Stephanie of Windsor, two daughters, Karyn Jones and her husband, Jared of Wartrace, TN, and Stephanie Baker and her husband, Josh of Charlestown, NH, nine grandchildren, who fondly referred to her as "Gigi", Addie, Micah, Jack, Sam, Oliver, Eden, Lokie, Thea, and Elsie, four brothers, Scott, Todd, Gerry and James Bartlett, two sisters, Kim Fillian and Deb Stevens, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Survivors also include her husband's family, Rev. Warren Biebel and his wife, Marian, sister-in-law Judy Jordan and brother-in-law Dan Biebel.

A memorial service will be held at Christ Community Church in Plainfield, NH in late spring when flowers are in bloom and the green grass needs to be mowed – something she would have preferred.
