Wilder, VT – Julieann Preston, 51, died following a brief illness on Thursday January 12th at the Respite House in Williston.
Julieann was born September 7, 1960 in Wichita, KS. She moved at a young age to Quechee, VT with her parents, Dick and Ginny Philbin. Upon moving to Quechee she began attending Harford schools and became a communicant of St. Anthony's Catholic Church where she continued to worship throughout her life. She graduated from Hartford High School class of 1978. Julieann has spent much of her adult life on Cape Cod, in the Burlington, VT area and most recently in Wilder, VT
She enjoyed her two dogs, Sassy and Coco but most of all loved being "Mimi" to her three grandchildren.
She is survived by three children Tiffany Creamer and Kaitlin Lepine both of Milton, VT and Patrick Lepine of Hartford, VT; three grandchildren Deven, Cayden and Stella Creamer; parents Richard and Virginia (Hayes) Philbin of Quechee, VT; brothers Dan Philbin of Arlington Heights, IL and Peter Philbin of Chicago, IL; a sister Chrysa Mahoney of Chapel Hill, NC; an aunt Carol and uncle Earl Fiser of Rockford, IL as well as the father of her daughters Marc Preston of Ferrisburg, VT.
Calling hours will be held Sunday January 15th from 3-5 PM at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Jct., VT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday January 16th at 11AM at St. Anthony's Church in White River Jct. with a reception immediately following. Burial will be held at a later date at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines, IL.
