It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our cherished brother and lifelong inspiration, Joseph McKeon, age 68 on July 21, 2023. The son of Edward and Ramona McKeon, Joe (aka The Hoser) is survived by his siblings John, Maureen, Kevin, Robert, Thomas, Roman and James. His brother Edward passed in 2017.

Born in Edison, New Jersey, and later a longtime Vermont resident, Joe faced many challenges throughout his all-too-brief life, but remained a source of positivity, joy, and inspiration for all those lucky enough to be in his orbit. Joe always had a good joke to share, possessed a smile that could brighten the darkest of rooms, and his love of family and friends was unconditional and never-ending.

Though no longer with us here on earth, he will remain forever in our hearts. In good times and bad, we will always have the memory of Joe's indomitable courage to lean on, and his many memorable (indeed, classic) moments to smile about. Thank you, Joe, for all you've given us. Rest in love and peace.
