West Lebanon, NH- Joseph Leonard Ducharme, 63, of West Lebanon, NH died peacefully on Saturday, March 5, 2022, with his sister, Susie, holding his hand, and listening to Willie Nelson. He was born September 19, 1958, in Lebanon, NH, the son of Burton & Joan Ducharme.

Joe loved being around family and friends; enjoyed the outdoors and hanging out with cousins Mark Rose, Sr. and Everette Swett. He and friends, Renee Bartlett or "mother" as he called her, Kevin Merrill, Mike Vaillancourt and others, would put a raft together and go down the Connecticut River. He always had a great time hanging out with Howie, Billy, Annette and Rose, sometimes playing Yahtzee. Joe loved riding his bike with his milk crate on the back to carry his Budweiser, eating at Shyrl's Diner, seeing people at Circle K, watching sports, and going to fairs to watch horse pulls.

Joe did yard work for many people in West Lebanon. He worked with Joe Romano on the railroad collecting mail on the Amtrak and enjoyed card games with the Romano Crew on their Thursday nights. He loved to work at Seven Barrel Brewery and have a brew with the crew.

He is survived by his mother, Joan Ducharme and stepmother, Katherine Ducharme; brothers, Roy "Butch" Ducharme and wife Cheryl, and Ronald Ducharme; sisters, Susan Miller and husband, Gary Jr., Sheila Clayton and husband, Gary; stepsisters, Lisa Solteaz and husband, Andy and Neko James; stepbrother, Jack Trevett; nephews Michael Ducharme and his wife, Emily, Shane Dunham, Bradley Clayton, Tyler Miller, and Cole Miller; nieces Tashina Clayton, Kayla Clayton, and Lenora Ducharme; great nephews Chance, Kiedis, Alex, & Tanner; great nieces Willow and Marley.

Joe was predeceased by his father Burton Ducharme on January 4, 2022; sister Sharon Ducharme on February 7, 1967; stepsister Robin Stephens in 1977; stepbrother Kenny Stephens in 2015; and his niece Kelly in 2015.

A Graveside service for both Joseph and his father Burton will be held at 1:30 pm on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at the West Lebanon Cemetery in Lebanon, NH.
