Windsor, VT – Jolene T. Rankin, 67, died after a short illness in Hartford, VT on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. She was born on October 1, 1958, in Elmira, NY to Donald and Joyce (Cecchini) English.

Jolene had a deep love for life's simple joys. She absolutely loved gardening, crafting, and collecting antiques. She also adored her beloved cat, Gypsee, who was always by her side.

Her greatest pride and joy were her 15 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchlidren, all of whom brought endless light to her life. They will forever miss their Granny and will cherish the love she shared so freely.

She is survived by five children Jamie Carlisle of Windsor, VT, Antonia Rankin of Berea, KY, Carly Rankin of Georgetown, KY, Quentin Riley of Florida, and Thane Riley of Florida; two sisters Jacklyn Losie of Oneonta, NY and Nicole Collarini of Georgia; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father Donald English, mother Joyce Collarini, and one daughter Ashleah Rankin.

Services for Jolene will be held privately.
