John Philips passed away peacefully on April 19, 2010, at the age of 89 in Lebanon, New Hampshire. He was surrounded by his loving wife Henny, daughters Nancy and Ellen, and stepdaughter Lisa. He also leaves his sons-in-law Blair Brooks, Bard Ermentrout, Neil; stepdaughters Ruth, Nina, and Peggy; and grandchildren Lindsay, Ali, Kyle, Jordy, Nadja, Eva, Seth, and Eric. John was a lover of birds, nature, and jazz, and he will be deeply missed. He was predeceased by his first wife Marion. A private service will be held.
