White River Jct., VT— Jeffrey Pierce, 80, died Monday evening, October 17, 2022 at his home in White River Junction following a brief illness, surrounded by family.

Jeff was born July 10, 1942 in California, to Genaro Gonzalez & Winifred Pierce. He moved to the Upper Valley in the late 70's, where he begun his own small business remodeling homes, with a small shop in White River. On May 21, 2005, he married Beth Eastman on the rocky shore of Reid State Park in Maine, and they have made their home in White River since.

Jeff enjoyed bowling with his friends, attending NASCAR races, and spending time with his stepsons.

He leaves behind his wife, Beth Pierce of White River, step sons, Erikh Schaefer and daughter Ada of San Angelo, TX and Kurt Schaefer of Hartland, VT. Jeff is also survived by his mother in law, Beatrice Eastman of Lebanon, sister-in-law, Diane Perry and her husband, Mike of North Hartland, and best friend Stan Gerzofsky of Brunswick, ME.
