Wilmington, VT- Jeffrey Dain Pahkala, 39, died Thursday April 30, 2020 in White River Junction, VT.

Jeff was born April 22, 1981 in Duluth, MN a son of Warren Thomas and Katherine Eileen (West) Pahkala. He graduated from Columbia Heights High School Class of 1999. In March of 2001 Jeff Joined the Army where he served in the 82 ^nd Airborne Division until his honorable discharge in 2003. He was a talented carpenter and artist, he operated a building business for several years.

Jeff loved to spend time in the woods hunting and fishing. He was passionate about his art he loved to paint, draw and woodburning.

Jeff is survived by his father  Warren Pahkala of Moose Lake, MN; his mother Kathy West of Anoka, MN; a brother Tom Pahkala of Blaine, MN; two sisters Angel West of Anoka, MN and Karen Pahkala of Champlin, MN; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial will be held in Minnesota at a later date. Knight Funeral Home in White River Junction assisted with arrangements.
