Jeffrey Clark Moore, age 62, of Plainfield, NH, departed from this world on the 24th of February, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, joy, and camaraderie. His passing brings profound sadness to his family, friends, and the community he cherished.

Jeff grew up in Windsor, CT. He attended Windsor High School and matriculated from Colby College in Waterville, ME in 1983. He and his family moved to Plainfield in 1995.

In his professional life, Jeff found fulfillment in assisting others through IT support. His dedication to his clients was unmatched, reflecting his innate kindness and technical prowess. Beyond the confines of his work, Jeff found joy in monthly poker nights, filled with friendship and amicable competition.

An active member of his community, Jeff was deeply involved in his church, serving as Board Moderator for 15 years. His commitment to service touched the lives of many, leaving an indelible mark on those he encountered. Jeff brought love and laughter wherever he went.

In moments of leisure, Jeff could often be found outdoors, enjoying a game of frisbee with his beloved dog, and a margarita in the evening sunshine.

Jeff was a devoted husband to his loving wife Annette, and is survived by: his daughter Julia, son-in-law Dan and cherished granddaughter Nora; his daughter Nicolle and her partner Nick; his father Clark; his sister Amy Covell, his sister Jennifer Santo and their families; along with a multitude of relatives and friends who were touched by his presence. His unwavering love and support enriched their lives, and his spirit will forever be with them.

Services will be held on Saturday, March 2 at 2:00 PM at Plainfield Community Church, 1094 Route 12A, Plainfield with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family asks that donations be made in his memory to Plainfield Community Church (PO Box 84, Plainfield, NH 03781) or The Hand to Heart Project (PO Box 248, Cornish Flat, NH 03746).
